Ingredients:

1 pack of instant Maggi noodles
2 eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional, for heat)
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Boil the Maggi Noodles:

Boil the Maggi noodles as per the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Eggs:

In a bowl, beat the eggs and season them with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat a pan and scramble the eggs until cooked. Set aside.

Cook the Vegetables:


In the same pan, add oil. Sauté the chopped onions until they become translucent.
